Instruction for Submission
1.
Submitted papers must not substantially
overlap with papers that have been published
or that are simultaneously submitted to any
journals or conferences with proceedings. Papers must be
clearly presented in English, must not
exceed 10 pages in proceedings format, including
tables, figures and references. Papers will
be selected based on their originality,
significance, relevance and clarity of
presentation assessed by at least two
reviewers. Submission of a paper should be
regarded as a commitment that, should the
paper be accepted, at least one of the
authors will register and attend the
conference to present the work. One
outstanding paper will be selected to
receive the Best Paper Awards.
2. It is suggested to submit the
FULL PAPER
to review if you would like to either
present or publish your paper. One who
submits the
ABSTRACT
will be regarded as a presenter only. All
ABSTRACT
submissions will
not
get any
comments from the committee and will not be
published on the proceedings either. If you
have any concern, please don't hesitate to
contact us.

references. The extra pages from Page 11 will be
charged with 70USD per page.

Review
Process
All the papers received will be passed to
the program chair who is in charge of the
peer review process and will assign at least
two suitable technical committee members as
reviewers for each paper whose areas of
expertise have to match with the topics of
the papers. The review comments will be sent
back to the program chair who will make
decisions about submissions. The conference
secretary then will inform the corresponding
authors about the review results.The papers
which need revisions will be required to be
sent back within stipulated time, and only
revised papers that pass the second review
will be accepted.
Important Notes
ICEEL will not accept any
paper which, at the time of submission, is
under review, is accepted for publication,
or has already been published in another
conference or a proceedings. Authors are also
expected not to submit their papers
elsewhere during the ICEEL reviewing period.
Regular Papers: Each paper must be including
the abstract, figures, tables, and
references.
All submitted articles should report
original, previously unpublished research
results, experimental or theoretical.
Articles submitted to the conference should
meet these criteria and must not be under
consideration for publication elsewhere. We
firmly believe that ethical conduct is the
most essential virtual of any academic.
Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally
unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot
be tolerated. If an author is found to
commit an act of plagiarism, the following
acts of sanction will be taken:
1) Reject the submitted article or delete
the article from the final publications.
2) Report the authors violation to his/her
supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3) Report the authors violation to the
appropriate overseeing office of academic
ethics and research funding agency.
4) Reserve the right to publish the authors
name(s), the title of the article, the
name(s) of the affiliated institution and
the details of misconduct, etc. of the
plagiarist.
