We are delighted to announce the 2025 9th International Conference on Education and E-Learning (ICEEL 2025), which will take place from November 21 to 23, 2025, in Tokyo, Japan. The theme for this year's conference is "AI-Powered Learning: Transforming Education in the Digital Age". The conference is supported by Otsuma Women's University (Japan), Tokyo Healthcare University (Japan), and Takushoku University (Japan). Its patrons include the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (Portugal), Yamagata University (Japan), and the University of Malaya (Malaysia).

This year, the conference will spotlight the transformative impact of digital technologies on education and e-learning. We aim to foster discussions on innovative teaching methodologies, emerging technological tools, and strategies to create inclusive and accessible learning environments.
