
The 9th International Conference on Education and E-Learning, held in Tokyo, Japan, from November 21 to 23, 2025, marked another remarkable milestone in the conference’s development. Under the theme “AI-Powered Learning: Transforming Education in the Digital Age,” This edition drew participants from more than 40 countries and regions, highlighting its growing global influence and strong international appeal across education and e‑learning disciplines. The conference has long served as a premier platform for sharing cutting‑edge ideas, research outcomes, and practical innovations in education, especially in the rapidly advancing field of e‑learning.
Support for ICEEL 2025 was generously provided by distinguished Japanese institutions including Otsuma Women’s University, Takushoku University, and Tokyo Healthcare University. The Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave, Portugal, Yamagata University and University of Malaya also continued its valuable support as a sponsor, further strengthening the conference’s international footprint and academic credibility.
The conference received an impressive number of submissions from over 26 countries and regions, exemplifying the diversity and inclusivity that ICEEL is renowned for. Participants joined from Japan, Canada, the UK, and across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and the Middle East, fully reflecting the truly global scope of the event.
