The 8th International Conference on Education and E-Learning, held in Tokyo, Japan, from November 23 to 25, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the conference's history. This edition attracted participants from 37 countries and regions, underscoring its global impact and the international appeal of the topics discussed. The conference has served as a key platform for the exchange of innovative ideas, research findings, and practices in education, particularly in the ever-evolving field of e-learning.
Support for ICEEL 2024 was generously provided by esteemed institutions such as Otsuma Women's University, Yamagata University, Tokyo Healthcare University, all based in Japan. The Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave, Portugal, also played a crucial role as a sponsor, further solidifying the conference’s international reach and credibility.
The conference
received an impressive about 270 submissions from 40
countries and regions, showcasing the diversity and
inclusiveness that ICEEL has become known for. The
participating countries ranged from Japan, Canada, and
the UK to countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, the
Americas, and the Middle East, reflecting the global
nature of the event.
